Spider-Man and Daredevil take on Fracture, little knowing that their battle is being observed by a mysterious woman. Peter and his roommate Vin find both their personal and professional lives falling apart for inexplicable reasons. Ana Kravinoff is gunning for Spider-Man and tracks her prey to Peter's apartment. The only problem is, she believes Vin is the web slinger and forces him to put on the Spider-Man costume before she drags him down into the sewers.
