Spider-Man: Brand New Day - The Complete Collection #2
In "Death of a Wise Guy," Peter Parker races to expose a web of corruption tied to a deadly sweatshop, uncovering links to mayoral candidate Randall Crowne—and his unexpected alliance with Norman Osborn. As Peter teams up with Ben Urich and Sally Floyd, strange occurrences at the FEAST draw Eddie Brock into a mystery that begins to unravel in his own body, while Aunt May worries about Betty Brant’s dangerous reporting. With Spider-Man caught between truth and a looming threat from the Thunderbolts, the stakes rise in a story written by Dan Slott and illustrated by John Romita Jr., with inks by Klaus Janson, colors by Dean White, and lettering by Virtual Calligraphy and Cory Petit. The cover, penciled by John Romita Jr. and inked by Klaus Janson, captures the tension of a city on edge.
