“New Ways to Die Part Four: Opposites Attack”

In "New Ways to Die Part Four: Opposites Attack," Spider-Man faces a dire dilemma as he tries to convince Eddie Brock to abandon the dangerous Anti-Venom suit, while the Thunderbolts arrive unexpectedly to rescue Mac Gargan—only to clash with both Spider-Man and the newly empowered Anti-Venom. Meanwhile, Malice confronts Norman Osborn, and Harry Osborn delivers crucial evidence linking his father to a political scandal involving human trafficking, all while visiting Lily in the hospital. With Norman uncovering a hidden mechanism in Spider-Man’s camera that locks onto the spider symbol, the stage is set for a high-stakes confrontation—thanks to Dan Slott’s gripping storytelling and John Romita Jr.’s dynamic art, with Klaus Janson’s inks lending intensity to every panel.

Spider-Man tries to get Eddie to stop using his new Anti-Venom suit. The Thunderbolts show up to rescue Mac Gargan and end up fighting Spider-Man and Anti-Venom. Malice battles Norman. Harry brings Ben Urich solid proof that links his dad with mayoral candidate Crowne's trafficking in illegal immigrants. Harry then visits Lily in the hospital where she has been watching. Norman discovers that Spider-Man's camera has a mechanism which targets the spider symbol in Spider-Man’s costume to keep him in frame. Norman and the Thunderbolts prepare to use this technology to target Spider-Man.
