The Amazing Spider-Man #572
In "New Ways to Die Part Five: Easy Targets," Peter Parker uncovers a chilling secret: Oscorp has been conducting dangerous medical experiments on undocumented immigrants. With Bullseye and Thunderbolt agents closing in and Harry’s coffee shop caught in the crossfire, Spider-Man must outwit his pursuers—just as Anti-Venom emerges to aid in the hunt for Osborn. Written by Dan Slott and brought to life with dynamic art by John Romita Jr. and precise inks by Klaus Janson, this high-stakes chapter sees Spider-Man turning the tide against his trackers, while Norman Osborn arms the Scorpion with a new, deadly weapon. The cover, also by John Romita Jr., captures the tension of a city on edge.

Peter discovers that the illegal immigrants have been undergoing medical experiments at Oscorp. Norman extracts material out of Gargan and runs the substance through the captured Freak, thus producing a strong new poison. Bullseye and Thunderbolt agents attack Spider-Man and end up blowing up Harry's coffee shop during the battle. Spider-Man quickly discovers how he is being tracked and turns the tables on Bullseye. Anti-Venom shows up to help Spider-Man track down Osborn. Norman, now in full Goblin regalia, provides Gargan with a new Scorpion costume complete with the new poison.
