Lucifer #5

Spinning out of Neil Gaiman's Sandman universe, Lucifer Book Five collects another chapter of Mike Carey's celebrated run, with interior art by Colleen Doran and a cover painted by Christopher Moeller. The cover presents a striking image of two winged figures suspended against a deep blue cosmos — a dark-winged figure in formal attire descending from above, and a pale, luminous figure rising from below, their outstretched wings filling the composition with a sense of grand, otherworldly drama.
