Meanwhile, back in Wakanda, General Jakarra seizes power in a sudden coup against the regent N'Gassi, threatening the stability of the nation just as T'Challa is far from home.

In "Drums!", T'Challa uncovers the hidden origins of the Black Panther legacy and Wakanda’s sacred vibranium mound. When Black Panther and Abner Little return to the Collectors, Little’s stolen vial of miracle water from Samurai City sparks a violent scramble—its destruction leaving T'Challa to retreat to Wakanda, where General Jakarra’s reckless attempt to harness raw vibranium leads to a terrifying transformation.
