In the Age of Apocalypse, Blink fights alongside Rogue and Morph against enemy forces. She leaves her post to invade one of Apocalypse's strongholds and finds the Dark Beast making duplicates of Impossible Man to use as soldiers. She dispatches Impossible Man as he requests and returns to her team. Magneto puts Blink on notice for not following orders. She heads off on her own to infiltrate Apocalypse's citadel and finds Holocaust battling aliens. As the aliens return to their world through a portal, Blink follows.
