Flanking Spidey are several costumed figures — including what appear to be Avengers Academy students in clear distress, with fire and lightning crackling around them and signs reading "Fear," "Doubt," and "Hate" adding an unsettling atmosphere to the scene. Ed McGuinness's cover crackles with kinetic energy, and with Christos Gage and Reilly Brown handling the story, "The Substitute Part Two" looks like a genuinely fun team-up adventure with real stakes.
