Eastman and Laird's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Adventures #10 promises all-new stories with a cover that throws the four Turtles straight into rooftop chaos, as two grotesque mutant creatures — one a slobbering, bug-covered beast looming in the foreground and another massive, tentacled horror bearing down from above — converge on our heroes over a swirling cityscape. Ken Mitchroney's pencils and Ryan Brown's inks give the whole scene a wonderfully wild energy, cramming menace and motion into every corner. If "Going Down?" is any indication, this 1990 Archie Adventure Series entry delivers the kind of outrageous urban mayhem that made this run such a treat.
