Rocksteady

Rocksteady is a dim-witted human criminal mutated into a massive, rhinoceros-like enforcer who serves the villainous Shredder. He first appeared in Archie's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Adventures as a recurring brutish antagonist opposing the Turtles.
