Twilight of the Teen Titans" looms large over this twenty-third issue, and Mike McKone and Marlo Alquiza's cover captures the weight of that promise — a massive, sprawling assembly of Titans past and present surrounding a central figure in white who raises a blazing sphere of energy skyward, while the Flash watches from above and a green-costumed hero stands firm to the right.
