Sonic finds himself zapped and caught in a swirling pink energy burst on a snowy mountainside, while Dr. Robotnik and Snively bear down on him in a menacing yellow tank — and Sally and Tails scramble through the drifts nearby with matching expressions of alarm. The cover tag promises Sonic gets to "chill" in "Way, Way Past Cool," and Dave Manak and Jon D'Agostino deliver a wonderfully kinetic winter scene that captures the cheerful chaos this series does so well. A fun 1995 entry in Archie's long-running Sonic adventure.
