Issue #96 of Erik Larsen's long-running Image series finds Savage Dragon in a tight spot, as the cover depicts the green-skinned hero reeling while clutching a skull, a massive horned, snarling villain looming directly overhead with cracks radiating across its face from a brutal impact. The small inset image in the upper corner reinforces just how imposing the threat feels compared to our fin-headed protagonist.
