“Galactus!”

In "Galactus!", Rom faces the ultimate threat as the world-eater descends upon Galador, forcing the Spaceknights into battle against Terrax while Rom and Terminator make a desperate stand. With Terminator sacrificed to buy time, Rom must outwit Galactus himself—offering a shocking alternative feast in the form of the lifeless Dark Nebula. Meanwhile, on Earth, the Dire Wraiths launch a chilling invasion, infiltrating Clairton and taking over its people. Written by Bill Mantlo and brought to life by Sal Buscema’s dynamic art and Joe Sinnott’s sharp inks, with colors by Ben Sean and letters by J. Chiang and J. Simek, this 1982 Marvel classic features a cover by Al Milgrom.

Galactus shows up on Galador and prepares to eat the planet. As the Spaceknights battle Terrax, Rom and Terminator confront Galactus directly. Terminator distracts Galactus long enough for Rom to sneak onto the world eater's ship. Galactus kills Terminator and confronts Rom. To save his planet, Rom offers to lead Galactus to a whole lifeless universe to feast on--the Dark Nebula of the Dire Wraiths. Meanwhile, back on Earth, Dire Wraiths capture the inhabitants of Clairton and impersonate them.
