This second volume in Boom! Studios' Planet of the Apes Archive series collects the classic Marvel Comics story 'Beast on the Planet of the Apes,' originally serialized in 1975. Written by Doug Moench and illustrated by Mike Ploog, the tale follows astronaut Jason and his ape ally Alexander as they navigate a treacherous society of intelligent apes and feral humans.
