“Phoenix Invictus: Planet X Conclusion”

In "Phoenix Invictus: Planet X Conclusion," Grant Morrison and Phil Jimenez deliver a thunderous finale to one of the X-Men's most mythic arcs, where Jean Grey’s resurrection ignites a cosmic reckoning. As the surviving mutants rally for a final stand, the line between hero and villain blurs, and the universe itself begins to fracture in ways no one can yet understand. The cover by Phil Jimenez and Andy Lanning captures the moment’s weight, a haunting image of fate and loss beneath the moon’s silent gaze.

Wolverine decapitates him while the Cuckoos say that something is wrong with the whole universe now. 150 years later, someone exploring the Blue Area of the moon finds the Phoenix Egg...
