Black Jack Tarr arrives at Fu Manchu's fortress. He finds Larner and Fah Lo Suee who are cooperating against Fu. She reveals Fu's appalling plan for world domination - through destruction. Tarr penetrates the fortress and joins with Chi, Leiko, and Reston while Larner has his own mission. Shang-Chi beats up 400 minions before he encounters the newly resurrected Shaka Kharn.
