Little Dot #20

From Harvey Comics' beloved series comes this cheerful 1956 entry, with a cover by Warren Kremer that perfectly captures Dot's all-consuming passion for polka dots. On a bright red background, the pigtailed girl in her signature spotted green dress gleefully paints purple dots onto a very unimpressed kitten, a yellow paint can sitting at her feet — because apparently no creature is safe from her decorating ambitions. It's a warm, funny snapshot of Dot doing exactly what Dot does best.
