Even at a 12-cent cover price, Harvey Comics packed a lot of fun into this February 1967 issue — and the cover shows exactly what kind of fun: Little Dot is perched atop a giant polka-dotted ball careening down a wooden roller coaster at a bustling fairground, surrounded by a Ferris wheel, a spinning airplane ride, colorful tents, and a sky absolutely bursting with balloons.
