Richie invites Freckles and Peewee over to play, and they are joined by the uninvited Reggie, Richie's wealthy and arrogant cousin. Reggie proceeds to wreck the house with his raucous play to the dismay of Richie and his friends. Freckles suggests they play outside where Reggie can't do as much damage, and Richie teaches Reggie a lesson with his oversize toy train.
