Little Dot #33

The cover says it all: Dot grins mischievously over a tub of colorful dye, having already dunked one delighted puppy into a spotted transformation — while a second eager dog waits its turn and a third looks on from the foreground, all of them unwitting participants in her dot-decorating spree. It's a warm, funny snapshot of Dot at her most irrepressibly enthusiastic, and at a dime a copy it was pure fun for young readers in 1958.
