Part two of twelve chapters in "The End of All Things" arc signals that Invincible is building toward something genuinely significant, and Ryan Ottley's cover sets the stakes in bold visual terms. A determined, orange-suited figure strides forward at center while a cast of intense, battle-worn faces — a red-haired woman, a glowing-chested figure, a stern man, and others marked by conflict — crowd the background in shades of purple and pink. It's a striking ensemble composition that gives this 2017 Skybound/Image series every right to call itself "The Best Superhero Comic in the Universe.
