The Joes investigate Broca Beach and find Cobra still has an active operation there through an underwater access. In Olliestan, Bombstrike turns the tables on her captor. The Baroness and Zarana accidentally load Snake Eyes' memories from the Brainwave Scanner into Dawn. Stalker goes home on leave and learns how his home neighborhood is suffering from gentrification. Claire informs Jane she's working for an ultra-secret government bureau to bring down a terrorist network. Claire seems to convince one of the terrorist agents, Anouk, to withhold from betraying her.
