Cobra Commander meets Dawn Moreno, a Springfield teenager who is unusually physically adept. Zartan's allies strike against Cobra Commander, using Crystal Ball's hypnosis to mesmerize the people of Springfield through their television sets while Zartan issues orders to them in Cobra Commander's guise. Destro, now wearing cybernetic hands to replace those he lost, confronts Cobra Commander and prepares to kill him.
