Hawk, Stalker and Mongoose join a US Army convoy on the border of Trucial Abysmia. When the convoy is attacked by rebels who were armed by Cobra, the heroic MP Sgt. Regina Allen helps fight back but loses her left arm saving others from a grenade. Two months later Hawk recruits Regina into G.I. Joe and gives her a bionic left arm. With the codename Sherlock, Regina is assigned to ferret out Cobra collaborators in the Pentagon.
