As Wally fights off the attackers and uncovers shocking truths in Max Mercury’s old files, he’s forced to confront the origins of Savitar—just as Max himself returns, broken and desperate, setting the stage for a desperate final stand.

In "Dead Heat, Second Lap: Disaffected Youth," Bart faces a day stripped of his usual speed, while Jay, Linda, Jenni, and Iris stand by Max in the hospital.
