The cover headline says it all — "White Lightning Strikes!" — as Impulse finds himself caught in the middle of a four-way tangle, flanked by a wild-haired White Lightning in a blue lightning-bolt costume and two other figures, one in a matching blue suit and one in street clothes with a blue mask, all pressing in on the red-and-white speedster at once. Humberto Ramos and Wayne Faucher bring a kinetic, loose energy to the scene that suits the title's youthful chaos perfectly. Mark Waid's "Bad Influence" looks like exactly the kind of trouble Bart Allen was born to stumble into.
