Against a blood-red backdrop, Catwoman leaps into action above a snarling Batman, her whip coiling through the air as the two appear locked in fierce tension — and lurking at the bottom of the cover, a surreal menagerie of animal-headed figures (including a disturbingly cheerful pig in a butcher's apron) hints at the chaos promised by the story title "When Animals Attack." Guillem March's cover crackles with kinetic energy, layering Gotham's familiar noir atmosphere with something genuinely unsettling.
