Batman Eternal #9
In "The Unburied Past," Gotham's underworld fractures as Falcone's men face new threats—first from Catwoman, then from an unseen enemy who leaves a body in Shen Fang's compound. With Forbes now divided between Batman and Catwoman, the Dark Knight journeys to Hong Kong to team up with the Japanese Batman, uncovering dangerous secrets tied to Falcone's past. When a mysterious figure is found wounded at the scene, the truth behind the attack begins to unravel—only to lead Batman back to Gotham, where Catwoman is captured in a trap set by Falcone himself. Written by Scott Snyder, James Tynion IV, John Layman, Ray Fawkes, and Tim Seeley, and illustrated by Guillem March with colors by Tomeu Morey, this issue deepens the web of intrigue with a tense, global scope and a shocking twist involving Julia Pennyworth. Cover by Guillem March.
