Part of Tom King's DC Universe Rebirth run, this November 2016 issue wraps up the "I Am Gotham" arc with a cover by David Finch and Danny Miki that crackles with tension. A battered, determined young woman in a blue costume and mask — her blonde hair flying, her suit torn and bloodied — races across Gotham's rooftops while a furious Batman looms enormous behind her, cape spread wide and hands outstretched against a sickly green sky. The dynamic between protector and pursuer feels genuinely unsettling, making this epilogue issue one that demands to be picked up.
