The two heroes are rewarded for their bravery, with Quick and Marjorie sharing a tender moment as the crisis resolves.
In the timeless halls of Camelot, the hunt begins—only to lead Geraint into a mystery when he and Guinevere encounter a masked knight and his silent dwarf companion. After a sudden, scornful blow from the knight’s whip, Geraint pursues them into a fortress shrouded in legend, where he learns the challenger’s name: The Sparrow Hawk. Now driven by honor, Geraint prepares to face the enigmatic champion in the tourney lists, where the true test of courage awaits.
In the sweltering heat of the 16th century, Jo and Kendal Quick command the Black Bess, a ship forged in rebellion and shadow. After capturing a Spanish Man o'War and unearthing its hidden gold, Lord Barlow leaves Quick in charge of the Black Bess while he returns to England aboard the prize. With the treasure still aboard and the sea ahead, Quick makes a quiet vow—under his command, that gold will mean nothing at all.
