Archie Digest Magazine #141 packs a full library of Riverdale fun into one handy volume, and the cover sets the tone perfectly — Archie and Jughead watch a TV infomercial for "Hair in a Can" while a visibly skeptical, balding man looms behind them, his expression saying everything about what he thinks of the product on screen. Stan Goldberg's pencils and Henry Scarpelli's inks give the gag that warm, expressive charm the series does so well. A great 1996 pick-up for anyone who loves their Archie stories in a satisfying digest-sized package.
