In "A Parting of the Ways!", the reassembled Justice Society of America begins to disband, leaving Huntress and Wildcat alone in their headquarters—where a quiet moment takes a sudden turn when Wildcat reveals he knows her secret identity. Before they can process it, a frantic distress call from Star Spangled Kid interrupts them, as he faces a new threat: Strike Force, with no other JSA members able to respond. Written by Paul Levitz and illustrated by Joe Staton, with inks by Bob Layton, colors by Jerry Serpe, and letters by Ben Oda, this 1978 issue features a cover by Al Milgrom and Jack Abel.
