Torunn Grønbekk was born on September 16, 1984, in Norway. A versatile creator who works as a writer, graphic designer, and portrait painter, she has become a notable voice in mainstream superhero comics since her debut in the field. Grønbekk is best known for her work on a range of major titles, including *Valkyrie*, *Punisher: War Journal*, *Carnage*, *Venom*, and *Thor* for Marvel Comics, as well as *Catwoman* for DC Comics and *Red Sonja* for Dynamite Entertainment.
