Torunn Grønbekk and artist Marianna Ignazzi launch "Rules of the Land, Part 1" with a cover — painted by Seba Fiumara — that sets a distinctly unsettling Halloween mood: Catwoman reclines in a bathtub full of glowing white cubes, her costume torn and bloodied, claws raised, while a shadowy armed figure looms in the background amid jack-o'-lanterns and candlelight. It's a striking, atmospheric image that suggests Selina Kyle has had a very bad night — and the "House of the Devil" tagline promises things aren't about to improve. DC's "All In" initiative continues to give Catwoman the moody, noir-tinged treatment she deserves.
