Marc Laming

Marc Laming, a British illustrator and designer born in 1968, first broke into comics working for Fleetway Publications in the early 1990s. He is best known for his work on Marvel’s *Star Wars* titles and for illustrating the five-part *Planet Hulk* miniseries, which was part of Marvel’s 2015 “Secret Wars” event. Over a career spanning from 1991 to 2024, Laming has contributed to a wide range of publishers including DC/Vertigo, Marvel, IDW, Dynamite, Dark Horse, Image, and Boom! Studios. His most credited titles include *American Century*, *Grindhouse: Doors Open at Midnight*, *Kings Watch*, and *Bloodshot*. Beyond comics, Laming has worked on storyboards and visuals for television, animation, and record companies. He resides in Hatfield, Herefordshire, England.
