Daredevil #19
Part three of "Purple" arrives with a cover by Dan Panosian that is genuinely hard to look away from — Daredevil plunges headfirst through a fiery sunset sky between rooftops, while a composed, dark-suited figure watches coolly from above and a sea of grasping hands rises ominously along the building's stone facade. The composition beautifully captures the Man Without Fear caught between the threat below and the one above, bathed in warm amber and deep violet by colorists Matt Milla and Miroslav Mrva. Charles Soule and artist Marc Laming continue their run here, and if this striking cover is any indication, the pressure on Daredevil is far from letting up.
