The gods discover that the real Pan has been replaced by an impostor and send Hermes to retrieve Diana and return her to her quest just in time to save her mother from Polyphemus. Together, Diana and Hippolyte face another trio of horrors, but receive the aid of Harmonia who returns her talisman to Diana to use to deliver the remaining demons trapped within Heracles to their new host, Ares. The demons turned over to Ares, Diana believes her quest to be complete. But Hermes arrives and informs her she has one more task before her -- avenge the murder of his son Pan.
