A man causes real life accidents so he can record the sounds of chaos and destruction that he tape records. He plans to sell these tapes to record companies. While he is listening to the recorded noises, he notices a strange scream in the background that he never recalled when he was recording the sounds. One night while he is damaging train tracks so he can cause a train wreck and record the sounds, he gets trapped on the tracks and gets run over by the train. As he screams he realizes that it was his screams he had heard on his earlier recordings!
