The Jughead Jones Comics Digest #80
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeThe slopes are pure chaos in this 1993 installment of The Jughead Jones Comics Digest, as the cover by Stan Goldberg (pencils) and Henry Scarpelli (inks) shows our beanie-crowned hero barreling down a ski hill while clinging to an alarmed companion — apparently on borrowed skis, judging by the exasperated speech bubble. Two onlookers below watch the mayhem unfold with wide eyes, perfectly capturing that mix of horror and amusement that tends to follow Jughead wherever he goes. It's a lively, well-packed digest with a great winter-comedy cover to match.

Archie and Reggie are sitting at a booth at a restaurant (possibly Pop's/The Chocklit Shoppe), and Reggie is going to tell Archie his big complaint about Moose. Moose leans over the back of the booth and says "Let's hear it!". Frightened and not wanting to get hurt by Moose, Reggie says "There just isn't enough of his sweet disposition to go around"
