The Fury of Firestorm #25
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeFirestorm looks decidedly unimpressed — his exasperated "This is Stupid!" thought bubble says it all — as he's swamped by a chaotic avalanche of animated toys and animals in this July 1984 issue of The Fury of Firestorm: The Nuclear Man, subtitled "Toy Death, or: Black Bison Rides Again!" The cover by Rafael Kayanan and Dick Giordano packs in an extraordinary menagerie: a rearing cobra, a winged unicorn, teddy bears, a giraffe, a tiger, mice, a rabbit, and dozens more colorful creatures pressing in from every direction. Firehawk gets her own inset panel on the right, adding further appeal to what Gerry Conway and company deliver in this energetic, visually overstuffed installment.
