The Authority #1
In "The Circle, One of Four," Warren Ellis and Phil Jimenez launch a high-stakes crossover with the Authority, where a chance encounter between Planetary and the super-team sets off a chain reaction. As the Authority probes the Adirondack caves to locate Doc Brass' multiverse computer, a rogue technician activates it—unleashing an invasion of marauding robots. The two groups, unaware of each other's presence, are forced to collaborate to survive. Bryan Hitch and Paul Neary deliver a striking cover that captures the tension, while the interior art by Jimenez, with inks by Andy Lanning and colors by Laura Martin, brings the action to life.
