The Amazing Spider-Man #16
In "Duel with Daredevil," Spider-Man is lured into a trap by the Circus of Crime, who advertise his appearance to draw a crowd before a heist. But when the Ringmaster’s hypnotic hat puts the audience under, one man remains清醒—Daredevil, whose heightened senses make him immune to the trickery. Written by Stan Lee and illustrated by Steve Ditko, with colors by Stan Goldberg and letters by S. Rosen, this 1964 classic features cover art by Steve Ditko, who also handled the interior pencils and inks.
