“Duell mit Daredevil”

In "Duell mit Daredevil," Spider-Man answers the call of a traveling circus of crime, drawn in by their bold promise to feature him in their big top—only to find himself hypnotized along with the audience. But when the Ringmaster’s sinister plan unfolds, one man remains unswayed: Daredevil, whose senses are immune to the hypnotic hat, setting the stage for an unexpected clash. Written by Stan Lee and Michael Strittmatter, with art by Steve Ditko and colors by Stan Goldberg, this 1999 issue features a cover by Steve Ditko.
