Part of DC's 2009 "Origins & Omens" crossover, this issue of Teen Titans features a striking close-up cover by Eddy Barrows and Ruy José: a young woman with flowing auburn hair and red-tinted glasses, her face filling nearly the entire image while a dark-gloved hand reaches toward her from the edge of the frame. The reflection in her lenses hints at something — or someone — unseen, adding a quiet sense of tension and mystery. Sean McKeever scripts the interior alongside artist Ed Benes and inker Rob Hunter, making this a strong chapter in what was an eventful period for DC's teenage heroes.
