In "Startling Saga of Superman-Red & Superman-Blue!", a mysterious kryptonite from the asteroid belt sets off a chain of events that splits Superman into two distinct versions—one clad in red, the other in blue—when the red kryptonite’s effects take hold. With the help of a device forged from interdimensional magic, Lex Luthor and Terra-Man attempt to exploit the chaos, but the true nature of the rift they’ve opened hints at a far stranger reality beyond their control. Written by Bob Rozakis and Paul Kupperberg, with art by Adrian Gonzales and inks by Vince Colletta, this 1982 UK special features dynamic coloring by Jerry Serpe and lettering by John Costanza, all under a striking cover by Alan Craddock.
