Sonic the Hedgehog #273
Part three of Archie's twelve-part "Worlds Unite" crossover brings together Sonic the Hedgehog and Mega Man — and the cover by Pat Spaziante makes the tension immediately clear, with smaller, seemingly corrupted versions of both heroes squaring off aggressively in the foreground while their larger, watchful selves loom behind them. That bold "VILLAINS?!" label at the bottom sets up a genuinely intriguing premise for this SEGA and Capcom collaboration. If you've been following this crossover, this 2015 issue looks like exactly the kind of chapter where things get complicated in the best possible way.
