Savage Dragon #236

Three young green-skinned kids — two with signature fin-like crests on their heads and one with a mohawk — burst toward the viewer in a burst of crackling energy on this 2018 Image Comics cover by Erik Larsen. The title "Kids' Day Out!" promises a story centered squarely on this pint-sized trio, and Larsen's kinetic linework gives the scene a wonderfully chaotic, anything-can-happen energy. Savage Dragon has always had a big heart beneath its action-packed exterior, and this issue looks like a fun, kid-forward chapter in the long-running series.
