Morty and Noelle escape the Gray Earth, leaving Rick and Unclefold to fight for control of the planet's destiny. We follow Morty and Noelle through a 3-page montage of their life together culminating in the coming of the new year 2094, which finds them both "old" but still together. Morty must look in on their granddaughter Itchy, a solitary, science-obsessed malcontent, who refuses to believe any of the adventures that Morty had with his grandfather... until Rick turns up in some augmented spider-like form and convinces Itchy that the "Rick & Morty life" is one continuum, that must continue.
