Life with Archie #2
In "Main Street Mangle," Archie and Veronica find themselves on opposite sides of a heated battle over the future of Pop Tate's Chocklit Shoppe, straining their friendship to the breaking point. As Jughead considers giving up on his dream of owning the shop, Midge reignites his hope, while Marmaduke’s first press conference goes hilariously awry—just as Betty, stood up by Veronica once more, makes the bold decision to leave Riverdale. Written by Paul Kupperberg and illustrated by Norm Breyfogle, with inks by Joe Rubinstein, colors by Glenn Whitmore, and letters by Jack Morelli, this 2010 issue captures the chaos and heart of life in Riverdale with its signature blend of humor and drama. The cover, also by Norm Breyfogle, perfectly captures the town’s quirky energy.
